Responsibilities🚀
👉 Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
👉 Work with our Sales and Marketing team to analyze new opportunities.
👉 Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting new ones that may present new business opportunities for haddock.
👉 Direct and close sales of potentially qualified leads, as well as provide an excellent customer experience.
👉 Understand the needs of the customer so that haddock is the key tool in their business.
👉 Be a reference figure for our customers in the sales and post-sales process.
👉 Feed and update the database of our CRM.
👉 Work closely with our Head of Sales and the rest of the sales team to meet the weekly and monthly KPIs.
Skills and Experience📚
👉 You have 2-3 years experience, especially in closing sales processes. Also previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS companies is highly recommended.
👉 You love restoration and restorers. It is a plus to have worked in restoration.
👉 You know how to use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
👉 You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You’ll stand out if you bring ⚡️
👉 Previous experience working at a fast-paced startup
👉Previous experience working in a SaaS product
👉Experience working in the HORECA sector
