➡️ What you'll do
Own haddock’s positioning and narrative: from system of record → AI workforce
Build a category-defining brand in Europe
Drive pipeline and revenue, not just awareness
Design and execute GTM strategies across markets and products
Turn product innovation into clear, compelling storytelling
Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team
Manage significant budgets with a strong ROI mindset
Work closely with Product, Sales, CX and founders to align narrative and growth
➡️ What we're looking for
7+ years in Marketing / GTM leadership in SaaS or tech
Experience scaling from €10M to €100M+ (or similar high-growth environments)
Proven track record owning both brand and performance
Strong storytelling skills: you can explain complex, new concepts simply and powerfully
Deep business mindset: you think in pipeline, ARR, and payback
Experience managing multi-million € budgets
Ability to build and lead teams in fast-growth environments
High standards on design, brand, and execution quality
AI-native mindset: you understand how AI changes both product and marketing
Fluent in English
Big pluses:
Fluency in additional European languages
Background in HORECA, hospitality tech or vertical SaaS
