➡️ What You’ll Do

👉 Architect and develop internal AI agents that streamline finance, CX, sales and marketing teams.

👉 Collaborate closely with leadership to identify and fully automate high-leverage operational loops.

👉 Think ahead: Architect scalable solutions as we grow fast.

👉 Improve process: Help us move from scrappy to smart.

👉 Instrument and optimize data flows across Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, and our internal DBs for decision-making.

👉 Be an internal evangelist for applied AI, helping every haddocker become 10× more productive.

➡️ What You Need To Bring
👉 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

👉 Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems in real-world use cases.

👉 You’re truly AI-native: you’re passionate about working at the frontier of AI, you actively follow new papers, models, and techniques, and you continuously refine how you use them in practice.

👉 You’re also AI-native in how you build software: you’re up to date with modern AI-powered dev tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar), and you assemble your own agents and workflows to move faster as an engineer.

👉 You combine engineering rigor with product thinking: you don’t just write code, you design, debug, and improve end-to-end systems that solve real problems.

👉 Fluency in Spanish and comfort in English. We tend to speak Spanish at the office and in Slack, and write documentation and projects in English.

You’ll stand out if you have:

👉 Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse (tracing, metrics, evaluations for LLM apps and agents).

👉 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as including Sales and CX.

👉 Experience designing or working with MCPs.

👉 Experience building with voice models.

👉 Experience designing and running evaluations.

👉 Experience designing and operating RAG systems and working with vector databases.
